Important Note
Please note pierced earrings are NOT eligible for return for hygienic reasons. We take the safety and well-being of our customers seriously, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.
About Return
We accept returns and exchanges ONLY IF the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team support@cuddleshere.com within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service support@cuddleshere.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Provide Details: Provide us with detailed pictures about the product and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Label: If your return or exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to package and mail your item back to us.
4. Package and Mail: Please package the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags or labels. Affix the provided return shipping label to the package and mail it back to us.
5. Receive Refund: For eligible return, once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be applied to your original payment method.
Important Note
Cuddleshere has the right to reject the return and exchange due to ineligible request. Items sent back to us without prior authorization or contacting us first will not be accepted. Please ensure that you follow the return or exchange process outlined above to facilitate a smooth and efficient transaction.

Shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout depending on the country. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays. You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or carrier delays which may affect delivery time, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it for any reason, please contact our customer service team support@cuddleshere.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost Packages
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping information entered is correct. Cuddleshere is not responsible for lost packages due to wrong shipping information provided. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address provided and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
